The Yanakos Project // Source Guide

This project was ALL about the art! Every part of this house was hand touched, hand painted, hand done for this family. IE: LOADS of fun!

I loved the traditional style of the home, the high ceilings, the beautiful old banister, the amazing trims and marble fireplaces, the tall windows, the brick arch, there was a LOT of magic in this home. By painting the walls white, lightening up the floors and adding hits of drama with the black we were able to keep all of these traditional old world charms and modernize it all!

As I worked on this project I kept evolving what the inspiration point was for it… but I ended up with a little something I like to call “Paris meets Berlin meets Pittsburgh” 😉

Love, Lee

Hey! I know this is somewhat off topic but I was wondering which blog platform are you using for this site? I’m getting tired of WordPress because I’ve had problems with hackers and I’m looking at options for another platform. I would be fantastic if you could point me in the direction of a good platform.

I hope you all are having a great weekend. I added a new list. This one is smaller, but still useful. I think the next one will be bigger.
